Jay Rocha
President
Jay provides leadership and vision to the DI team with a focus on developing lasting relationships with clients throughout New England. Over the past 25-plus years in the construction industry, he has established a well-earned reputation for his transparency, dedication, and integrity. Jay is responsible for guiding the DI team with a focus on delivering client-centric superior services with dynamic results.
Jeff Stupalski
VP, Pre-Construction & Estimating
Jeff is an experienced pre-construction and estimating professional with more than 16 years of industry experience. Jeff provides detailed cost estimates validating alignment with scope and requirements. He also facilitates the handover of projects to the project management/field team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-construction to actual physical construction.
Steve St. Pierre
Safety Manager
Steve has been active in the construction industry for nearly 30 years having worked for several general contractors, as well as owning a residential improvement and roofing business. He is responsible for managing Health and Safety on all DI projects, as well as enforcing safety education and training initiatives. Steve has an extensive background in public safety as a career firefighter in Rhode Island for 23 years.
Michael Holden
Senior Project Manager
Michael has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry with an extensive background in estimating, pre-fabrication, design, and construction. He began his career as a Truss Designer and Estimator for large scale commercial wood construction projects and was an Architectural Drafting Instructor at Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech for 15 years. Michael has served as a Project Manager for wood pre-fabrication construction, as well as drywall and metal framing.
Samantha Mazzie
Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator
Samantha supports the team coordinating project documentation and ensuring schedule adherence utilizing her 10 years of experience. Her attention to detail and management skills ensures that the most accurate and detailed reporting throughout the life of the project.
Tiffany Morrone
Project Accounting
Tiffany is responsible for office management, project accounting and subcontractor coordination on every DI project. Tiffany collaborates with project management to provide close monitoring of cost compliance and budget, as well as payables and receivables. Tiffany has more than 10 years of experience in accounting administration.

It was a busy week celebrating Construction Safety Week with training and site visits.
Team Dynamic working on Veranda House in Nantucket
Team DI is executing interior scope including drywall, taping, LGMF supporting Construction Manager, Dellbrook|JKS, rebuilding this unique structure. The project, designed by Union Studios, was designed to mimic the historic Inn that was lost to a fire.
