With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings extensive expertise in estimating, preconstruction, design, project management, and wood prefabrication. His diverse background, combined with years of leadership and technical knowledge, allows him to guide complex projects while maintaining Dynamic Interiors' commitment to quality, collaboration, and exceptional service.

Steve St. Pierre, Safety Manager Dynamic Interiors

Steve St. Pierre

Safety Manager

Steve has been active in the construction industry for nearly 30 years having worked for several general contractors, as well as owning a residential improvement and roofing business. He is responsible for managing Health and Safety on all DI projects, as well as enforcing safety education and training initiatives. Steve has an extensive background in public safety as a career firefighter in Rhode Island for 23 years.

As the Director of Operations, Samantha supports the team managing field and internal operations to verify adherence to standards and support project success. Her attention to detail and management skills ensure the most accurate and detailed reporting throughout the life of the project. She is responsible for reviewing job costs, conducting site visits, and ensuring full project scopes are completed timely and efficiently.

As Regional Manager, Colin leads Dynamic Interiors' expansion throughout Northern New England while upholding the company's commitment to quality, craftsmanship, safety, and exceptional customer service. He oversees preconstruction, field operations, and safety, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience to the role. A second-generation drywall professional, he began working in the trade at just 13 years old before serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps. After returning to the construction industry, he advanced through leadership roles including Lead Carpenter, Foreman, Project Manager, Safety Director, and General Superintendent. His passion is developing people, building strong teams, and delivering every project with integrity and exceptional craftsmanship.

Tiffany Pernini, Project Account Dynamic Interiors

Project Account

Tiffany oversees office management, project accounting, and subcontractor coordination for every Dynamic Interiors project. She works closely with the project management team to monitor project costs, budgets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, helping ensure efficient financial operations throughout each project's lifecycle. With more than 10 years of experience in accounting and administrative management, Tiffany plays a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day operations and overall project success.

Brianna Raposo, Estimator Dynamic Interiors

Estimator

Brianna serves as Dynamic Interiors' Lead Estimator, preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for projects of all sizes, from commercial renovations and office fit-outs to large-scale multi-unit housing developments. She joined Dynamic Interiors nearly two years ago as a Marketing Specialist and, through hard work and dedication, advanced into estimating before earning her role as Estimator. This progression has given her a unique perspective on both the business and operational sides of the company. Brianna graduated from Salve Regina University with a bachelor's degree in Business and Entrepreneurship, providing her with a strong foundation in project management, client relations, and strategic planning.

As Vice President of Business Development, Kristen Dyer is responsible for driving strategic growth and strengthening Dynamic Interiors' presence throughout New England. Known for her collaborative leadership and relationship-first approach, Kristen is dedicated to fostering trust, delivering value, and building partnerships that contribute to the continued success of both Dynamic Interiors and its clients.

Liliana Hernandez, Subcontrator Compliance & Payroll Coordinator Dynamic Interiors

Liliana Hernandez

Payroll Specialist / Contract Conpliance

Liliana oversees workforce compliance for all Dynamic Interiors employees and subcontractors, ensuring personnel are properly vetted and meet all contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements. She also manages weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration. With more than 12 years of experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and workforce compliance, Liliana brings extensive knowledge of labor laws, prevailing wage requirements, and regulatory compliance. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help support successful projects and uphold Dynamic Interiors' high standards.

Taylor is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. With over 9 years of experience in estimating and project management within the commercial construction industry, Derek is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for metal framing and drywall projects. He coordinates with suppliers to ensure material availability while securing competitive pricing and builds strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors to support successful project execution and long-term partnerships. Additionally, he conducts handoff meetings for awarded projects, clearly communicating the project scope, key requirements, and expectations to ensure a seamless transition from estimating to operations.

Felicia oversees preconstruction administration and bid process optimization, managing the full administrative lifecycle of project bids from document control and subcontractor outreach to proposal compilation and project handoffs. With a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and collaboration, Felicia helps ensure every bid submission is compliant, competitive, and delivered efficiently. Her construction background includes experience in project administration, estimating coordination, and operations support, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of both preconstruction and project execution.

ABC RI's Excellence in Construction Awards

Team Dynamic attended ABC RI’s Excellence in Construction award ceremony in October of 2024 and received an Eagle Award for their People’s Parish submission. The project involved the transformation of a historic church building into a modern, affordable housing development. The goal was to repurpose the church structure into residential units while preserving its architectural and historical significance.
